3公斤真空熔炼炉

一、概述

1.设备用途

真空感应电炉是熔炼坩埚封闭在真空室中，利用电磁感应产生的涡流热做热源（电能转换成热能）。在真空状态下进行各种金属熔炼并浇铸，从而得到高质量材料的熔炼设备。                主要用于高温合金、精密合金，稀土材料，有色金属等特殊难熔金属的熔炼提纯。一般镁砂坩埚内温度可达到1700°C。氧化锆可以达到1900°C，如采用石墨等导电材质坩埚和适当保温材料时温度可达2200°C。能严格控制温度和合金成份，并具有电磁搅拌的能力。

型号说明：“Z”表示真空，“G”表示感应，后面的数字,0.05L表示坩埚冶炼额定重量（以钢为标准）单位为吨，数字后面第一位L表示立式电炉，  

例如：ZG－0.005L表示： 5kg真空感应炉，立式结构，IGBT中频电源。
